I’m moving from a high-volume DT&cafe store to a relatively high-volume cafe only store. anyone have any insight as to how they’re different?

Alllllll the mobile orders you could ever dream of. My store is basically like 65% mobile orders.

Much much slower in retrospect, but still busy for a cafe. I love cafe stores more because it feels like a small coffee shop.

I think that’s what I’m most excited for. I never liked how stressing about DT times made 90% of my customer interactions feel rushed and impersonal.

Than you're gonna love cafe stores. Customer Connections are the backbone of them. What starbucks is MEANT to be.
Unfortunately DT stores have more of a high end fast food model.
