I appreciate everyone's love and feed back on this! Im sure she'd be SO flattered!
But just to clear some things up- she is absolutely adorable and I will love guiding and being with her on her starbucks journey but she is 17 for one and I am in a serious relationship ship for two. I am also aware of boundaries and the potential that this was more than just friendly so I did clarify that my gf and I are very in love and she clarified she has a bf so it was genuinely just sweet thing she did!
In return im in the middle of painting her a nametag! Everyone at our store has pretty ones so im making her one now so she can really feel at home with us!

It is a sweet note and a cute picture. I do think we should be mindful of boundaries in the workplace around flirting. Not saying one was crossed here, everyone seems comfortable (unless the other partners were not). Personally I would find this sweet from any partner of mine, and our store team would be fine with it. Just saying we should be mindful of feelings and boundaries. Be well, and safe, and kind everyone!! I’m not trying to be a downer!
