At the very least, employees should be allowed to wear BLM pins, as they allow pride pins and the former is no more “political” than the latter.

While I agree with you, we can wear pride pins that are Starbucks sanctioned. Any other pride pins that aren’t Starbucks pins aren’t allowed. So what we actually need is Starbucks BLM pins.

I believe they are already sending BLM shirts to everyone, but no they aren’t going to change uniform policy.
