This week a bitchy ass Karen told me to take off my dam mask because she couldn’t understand me than I said “ ma’am I can’t do that, Starbucks requires our employees to wear masks all time. And she got Really pissed off.

I had a man tell me to just hand him his drinks and not use the stuff we hand out with for social distancing reasons. And when I told him I had to it’s a company policy he told me it was stupid.

I had a similar situation. My poor barista was harassed by a customer for not wearing gloves. Meanwhile this customer was wearing her mask below her nose. 😩
