Questions about SBUX benefits (self.starbucksbaristas)

Okay y’all, I need some help with picking an insurance plan. If any of you are comfortable sharing your own experience with me, I’d really appreciate it. Here’s where I’m at, I think I want to pick the Silver plan bc of the low copay for doctor visits, specifically mental health professionals. Really the only reason I even want health insurance is so I can go to a doctor, get officially diagnosed with depression/anxiety/ADHD, or whatever it is that I have, and get medication. So this is really important to me. I was just looking at the Bronze Plus plan and it was kind of confusing about what you have to pay for doctor visits. Whereas the Silver plan is $20 copay, Bronze Plus states “80% covered after deductible is met”. Okay so that how much will I pay to see a doctor until then? Can anyone give me a ballpark number?

So with deductibles it’s you pay 100% of whatever the doctor charges until you’ve paid a certain amount. Once you’ve paid that certain amount then you split it with the insurance. The higher tier plan the more comes out of your check and the lower the cost of the doctor. Lower plan means less out of your paycheck but more at the doctor.
