Is an iced london fog good? I want to try it tomorrow and what are some cools drinks I could make that’s really good.

Word of warning, an iced london fog takes a *minimum* of five minutes to make. I would also add an additional 5 minutes on top of that, for you (or your barista) to figure out the recipe.

Most teas are steeped for 5 minutes but I read, and tried the result myself, that Earl Grey is best steeped for precisely 3 minutes. Any longer it’s very ‘powdery’ because of the lavender in it. For a grande, I brew 3 bags for 3 minutes. Delicious.

It’s delicious, one of my favorites! Tastes like fruit loops but it does take a while to brew.

If you’re someone who doesn’t want to wait an excessively long time for your drink, I would customize a black iced tea to a london fog recipe, that way we’ll have it out to you in a quarter of the time.

Iced London fog with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. So bomb.
