Im from Texas and go to nyc fairly often. Every time I go to a starbucks in the city ya’ll are always seem to be absolutely Slammed with customers. What is it like to be a starbucks barista there? Do ya’ll have any downtime? How many free waters do ya’ll give out in a day? How hard is customer support? PLEASE GIVE ME ALL THE DEETS IM SUPER CURIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!

We're in Queens, so I'm not sure how it compares to Manhattan, per se, but:
Do we have downtime? - There are days and times where the traffic is not too crazy. But if I'm on my ten, I'm on my ten. Period.
How many free waters per day? - I'd say we get a water request from 1 out of every 5 customers.
How hard is customer support? - I just go with the flow and try to keep the up the pace and connections as best as possible. If we mess up, we just take a breath, go fix it, and move on. Otherwise, we fall even more behind.
