I’m not a barista, I work in at a little retail/tourist shop. There was a woman today that complained about other customers not wearing masks to my coworker. (All employees wear masks per policy but we aren’t enforcing it on customers but strongly encourage them to wear masks.) on her way out the door, this woman passes by another co worker and says “I hope they all die!”
The kicker is, she was wearing her mask under her nose.

Omg! This infuriated me so much! We had a similar incident where this customer chewed us out for not wearing gloves yet she was wearing her mask under her nose! What is wrong with people?!

They think they know best and that they’re doing everything perfect while they don’t sanitize, don’t properly wear gloves, don’t properly wear masks, go to hot spots, go on vacations to states with the most cases and touch every fucking thing in my damn store. Everything is fine🥴

We had a guy came in to measure our bar space for the new Maestrena. He came from Minnesota and was so proud that over there ‘they don’t know what COVID is! Nobody is taking precautions. No law about it.’ He was so proud about it, it’s disturbing.

That’s very disturbing. Especially since I recently interacted with guests that were from Minnesota. Isn’t Minnesota a hot area? I can’t remember
