Just talk to your manager. It’s easiest to tell them in person. If you never see them I’d either call or send a text and then leave a letter on their desk.
People quit all the time, there’s nothing to be worried about! They’ve had dozens of people tell them they’re leaving, they understand turnover is high.

2 weeks notice is a professional courtesy and not a requirement. It keeps you on good terms with the company in case you're interested in coming back later or want to use them as a job reference.
Just tell you your manager. I would put it in an email so you have a documented record of what you said and when you said it. It doesn't need to more than a few sentences to say you want to leave, and when you would like your last day to be, and very briefly why.

Have you tried to address the issues with SSVs? I don’t want to soften the blow or advocate for them and nobody should be rude to anyone. I just want to see if I can help, maybe, talk things through? Have you considered transferring to another store?
