I may or may not have spaced out when my (now ex) SM was telling me what to do so I’m not sure if I need to do anything besides just wait for the email...I know really immature or whatever but I just need advice I’m sorry :(

No? I just said I’m not sure if there’s anything else I need to do re:collecting my benefits. She mentioned something about logging in somewhere and waiting for an email.
