Same. It's not worth it anymore, every shift I feel myself getting closer and closer to snapping and saying something that will get me written up or worse. But THAT'S WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU MAKE US RUN 3-4 PERSON FLOORS.

281 here and if I could find something that had benefits and didn’t require me to work weekends, I’d be gone. I haven’t been home to see my family in months and it sucks
