If I believe correctly, only SMs can write people up because the form for it is locked in a special safe or something like that. Along with all the partners’ files. But shifts can still threaten baristas with writeups. As long as they’re zealous enough, the SM might give in and write up the baristas. Make sure you request a copy for yourself if you ever get written up. And if you feel that it’s unjust, write in details of why you don’t agree with the writeup on the form.

well i think they filed an incident report but there wasn’t? an incident? lmao i was already having a bad day and they were coaching me on like 18 things so i muttered “honestly i don’t care” cause at that point i was over it 😅 actually they might not even have filed anything officially but they definitely went and talked to our SM about it instead of talking to me

and honestly i would think about how your shift team is before you step down; one of our best shifts stepped down and ended up hating it for the express reason that our shift team kinda sucks
