i didn’t take this woman’s order, so i don’t know if the person who rung her up may have pressed the wrong button, but the sticker i got said she ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch CREME frap. i make that, hand it off, she says “wait, this looks like vanilla. i ordered the caramel ribbon crunch.” i politely explain that because it’s the creme version, there’s no coffee in it, and it won’t look brown like on the menu because of that. she then says “it’s never been this color before.” i had to just go back to the bar because it was busy, but then she came up to me and said “this is all wrong. it tastes like a vanilla shake” and i said “ma’am i just made it, there’s no vanilla in there. it’s just the caramel sauce” and she then told ME TO TASTE IT so i just said i’d remake it, took it, remade it the same exact way since that’s what the slip says she ordered and she never said that she wanted to coffee version when i explained, gave it to my ssv to hand off, and again she wasn’t happy, so my ssv had to once again explain to her that it’s not going to be brown without the coffee, and then has to remake it for her with the coffee because that’s what she actually wanted. i don’t understand how people can be this dense. 2 venti fraps, and my time, just got wasted.
