i had a customer yell at me because i put an affogato shot on his vanilla bean. he asked me why it was brown and i said because of the shot, and he proceeded to argue with me that vanilla beans are frappuccino’s and don’t get espresso, and he was BIG MAD when i showed him his mobile sticker that said “vanilla bean frap add affogato shot”

I had a lady ask if she could have like a chocolate covered strawberry hot with espresso. Ummm what?

had someone asking me how much sugar was in our teas, explained they’re unsweetened and we use a liquid cane sweetener, so she asked me how much sugar was in one pump, explained i didn’t have that information readily available but if she was worried about sugar content we could always make it unsweetened for her. what did she order? a trenta mango dragonfruit with no water 🤦🏼‍♀️ at that point i didn’t even try to explain that was one of the highest sugar drinks we carry

Yep, sounds like every customer that asks about sugar contents

I always think customers accidentally hit a button or something when they place an order because some of the drink descriptions/requests are soooo wild and ridiculous.

My favorite is when people order a grande drink (for example) and then just throw "in a tall cup" on there. 🤣🤦‍♀️
