I’ve always done 1/2/2? Anyhoo. Sometimes they just make such minute changes on old recipes. It’s hard to keep track. But yes. There was no meeting or anything to go over protocol. Everyday is like ‘do this! Oh wait, that thing you did yesterday? That was wrong. Now do this!’ over and over. No communication whatsoever. One day my barista just saw like 4 yellow spray bottles in the condiment bar cubbies. We’ve been open for like 2 months and by accident, I found out on this sub that that spray was supposed to be our specialty COVID cleaner for high touch surfaces. We did not get a single word from our SM about it at all.
