Question about letter (self.starbucksbaristas)

My manager sent me a partner guide letter and acknowledgment letter to sign, obv I can read it but I was wondering if for any reason i shouldnt sign it or if theres a catch to it? Yk you never know now a days , hopefully someone knows what im talking about out there, thanks!

You're just saying that you received a copy of the partner guide. Most managers won't let you start working without it. It's basically a way for management to be able to say you should have known starbucks policy later on.

Not really. The letter doesn't even say you agree with the changes, just that you're aware they were made.
