I have been working with this girl, let’s call her Gina. Now, I’m not one to discredit anyone, but the shift I have been working with happens to prefer me closing bar, because she has noticed when Gina closes bar, we scramble to finish our close at the end of the shift. Today, Gina asked to close bar because she insisted that she’s better & when told no, she began giving ME a huge attitude and not communicating with me. The worst part of it all is that she’s a grown woman in her 30s and she’s acting so immaturely! I absolutely hate working with people like this & I’ll never understand what the big deal is. Just do your job dude.
