And now that it’s hot and humid in some places, the icing is stuck to the plastic so you have a 1/3 chance of breaking them as you’re putting them in bags. Do you remember the time they used to be a whole loaf?

I do! That was the worst bcs you had to use tongs to try to "neatly" pry the slices apart... but it was never pretty!

That was nostalgic for me because I think a month after I started at the Bux was when they switch to individually wrapped LPC. Oh, and there used to be the marble and chocolate loaves too that came in loaves. Oh, the olden days!

Double chocolate loaf was my favorite!! It had fewer calories than banana and was so yummy!!

Our shipments have been all kinds of messed up lately. For example, we got an entire pallet of expired lemonades last week. Like how?

They don’t check, do they? Or maybe they do and it’s tough when there’s only one center servicing a whole coastline. Like no matter how much I rotate milks, they deliver the ones that expire earlier than those I have in the fridge. And I would say COVID has something to do with it too. My SM once went to another store (who had been closed for a long while) to ‘steal’ some guava and I had asked her to make sure they weren’t expired. 3 of them were.

The lemon loafs have also been tasting different lately they taste waaay more dry and crummy and not moist at all. Idk if its just me

those poor people at the bakery are giving up! 😅 I wonder what it must be like working there. Making endless amount of LPC day after day.
