I can see where I left out in my post the whole point is that she seems like she has good intentions but she just ends up on her phone (even after the ssv reminds her multiple times) leaving me to do all of the closing tasks,. Which I know is my choice- I can choose to not do her stuff for her.

I think you’re right, maybe I’m taking this too seriously and I can try not picking up the slack and see what happens. Thank you for pointing this out and that I can just see what happens.
