i was always worried about covid but i am so disappointed in the us and business for being open, and now we are having happy hour again. numbers keep growing and i don’t know how we expect this to end. i feel like i’m going crazy because i don’t know when this will end :( this isn’t really sbux related i’m just really sad :/

I understand. Make sure to advocate for yourself in your store and only do the tasks you're comfortable with. I would have been fine doing mobile pickups only because I would tell maskless customers to step back, id put the drinks down, then duck back inside and stay safe.
If you're concerned about your store, ask your local board of health if you should truly be open. If your state has a mandatory mask thing, then you are not supposed to serve maskless customers in drive through because it's not 6fr away. Meanwhile, I mentioned his to my DM and they said we are not allowed to refuse service. So i quit, but the BOH Is calling and going to be checking on the store now. BOH can make or break a store
