I think most customers think they are being “smart” and cheating the system. Like “if I blend this at home I’m getting more drink”

True but it won’t taste the same probably, I blended it bc of the frap chips and added no base so it might be chunky 🥺

It's a mobile order. You cannot be expected to read minds. At least not until your a SSV (jk jk).
Make it exactly as ordered.
If it's wrong at least make the customer go to the pos and reorder it correctly. You can determine if you need to charge them or use the recovery key. If its, wrong, the customer will appreciate having hopefully learned a valuable lesson.

Yeah I get that, we aren’t accepting any cash though bc we are a mobile only store (in a mall), and I made it with standard build, and topped it off with a lot of whip. Customer didn’t complain so that’s good, I just think it’s funny when people order like that

Leave it half empty. Explain THIS is what you mobile ordered. If this isnt what you WANTED then you should have ordered something else. Stop making me do your job.

I've gotten a venti caramel ribbon small scoop of ice, extra caramel,7 pumps of fapp roast,extra whip.extra crunchy.

So the amount of ice that we put in the Frappuccinos is for thickness, when you get such little ice it’s basically liquid instead of smoothie consistency, is that a preference for some people? Just because pouring something like that I always feel bad, the whipped cream will float to the top and then the drink doesn’t taste the same.

That's my guess. She likes the flavor of frap roast. It was very watery. Most of the time I give a side of whip and side of crunchy..
