It was like the North Star shit they did a few years back. Any time there's any kind of dip in profits, they quickly draft some bullshit which basically blames the baristas for not working hard enough, or about how the labor cuts are "actually a good thing."

Norrhsrar was his first big initiative. It always boggles my mind that this company committed to LEAN thinking, keeps pushing down these customer connection initiatives from some Chad in corporate whose mad the cute barista at his home store who never notices him when he comes into grab his mobile order. But....let's keep pushing for more mobiles and less and less barista interaction. Soon we'll just have ordering kiosks at every store and still be getting yelled at about our low connection scores

Is it just a computer training or we have to do a meeting? Haven’t heard anything. Doesn’t matter. I won’t change the way I do my job.
