Frappy hour was a nightmare (self.starbucksbaristas)

One of our blenders has been broken for 2 months and we’ve called it in 3 times already but we haven’t gotten any word of getting a new one. How hard is it to send us a new freaking blender?

We had $60+ orders of nothing but Frappuccinos and I wanted to scream. I was secretly hoping the one and only blender we have would tap out, but of course, it didn’t.

Starbucks doesn’t really care about our safety or us in general, if they did, they would have either:

A: Not have Happy Hour at all
B: Have a much shorter Happy Hour(2 hours instead of 5)
C: Continued to pay us $15/hr (because no matter what they say, we all know they can afford it)

Your store manager has to contact your dm for a new blender. Vitamix doesn’t deal with anything out of warranty (assuming it’s out of warranty).

my store only has one blender. i can only imagine how frappy hour went for the baristas who were on schedule.
