Today a POLICE OFFICER came into the cafe and ordered. Right after I put his drink on the hand off table, he reached around the plexiglass to get a drink stopper and was like "Ooof, I have short arms." I'm standing there, just a few feet away, looking confused. I didn't say anything but was thinking... it's placed out of reach for a reason!!! And you couldn't have just asked for one??? When the baristas on bar saw him reaching they said "Oh, you're not supposed to do that. We're supposed to hand it to you." To which the POLICE OFFICER shrugs and replies, "Oh, well I don't follow the rules. I know that sounds bad, but yeah ..."

Just had to share that lovely story.
