I've just been more diligent about my skin care routine. Witch hazel before and after work, and I exfoliate a couple times a week. Burt's Bees is what I use for a face wash. Basically just doing what I usually do but more frequently. Still breaking out a little, but for the way my skin usually is, it's not as bad as I thought.

Oof I’ve definitely had some issues as well when we were first required to wear them. Try using an antibacterial face wash that’s also gentle with the skin. When you breath in a mask it’s basically air mixed with any bacteria you have in your mouth and because it’s humid air your pores open up. I’d say as soon as you get home wash your face and definitely stop wearing foundation and anything else on your skin that the mask will come into contact with. I’d suggest you also wash your face right before you head into work so your skin is clean and free of oils before you put on a mask.

I have 3 different skin conditions so I feel ya :( periodically I will use oil blotting sheets to sort of stop the moisture. If you don't have those a clean/new disposable toilet seat cover works in a pinch. Don't touch your face when your mask is off! Don't use any soap or lotions with fragrance. As soon I get home I shower and wash my face. I use cetaphil brand! After washing I spray my face with my homemade green tea mist.
Brew a strong cup of green tea and let steep for 15 minutes. Add to a spray bottle then add 4 ounces of water. If you have tea tree oil add a few drops! It helps combat redness and break outs ❤
Good luck! Hope that helps!

i use, its called “sea breeze astringent” and its a really good cleanser for sensitive skin. its a liquid and you just pour some on a cotton ball or paper towel (basically anything white and absorbent) and rub it gently onto your skin. repeat like maybe 2-4 times depending on how clean ur skin is, until the cotton ball or whatever ur using comes off your skin not dirty. this has worked wonders for me with the mask and its only like $2-5 at the supermarket or on amazon.

Try changing your mask throughout the day. You don’t really want the sweat that can build up just sitting against your face

Are you still wearing make up? I break out worse when I wear makeup under my mask!
