For federal holidays that land on weekends, does Starbucks observe them on that day or the Friday before?
For example July 4th lands on a Saturday this year so will we get paid time and a half for for working that Saturday or for working that Friday?

Starbucks observes the holiday on the actual day. Atleast for hourly retail partners. So if it's on a Saturday, then you get the holiday pay on Saturday
