I would definitely have a conversation with your SM and have some examples of what she has said and how it makes you feel. No partner should ever make another uncomfortable or upset on the floor much less at all. And if your SM won’t do anything about it call The partner resources and speak with HR about it. It doesn’t matter if everyone else likes her either, Starbucks needs to have a sense of belonging for its partners as much as it’s customers and no one should make you so frustrated and upset you feel the need to quit!
