I don't know what you're going through, but you can do it. Even if it's just taking one breath at a time until you can!!! If stress is related to coffee: it's just coffee. If it's bigger or more important than that, it'll work out the way it's meant to. Hugs.

Whatever it is you’re going through, I know you’ll break through it and have better days. Try to take a mental health day. Light some candles, play some music you like, make yourself a coffee, and relax. It always helps me to take a break from the world and focus on myself. I promise it’ll get better 💕
