Cold foam at home (self.starbucksbaristas)

To all my creative baristas do you know how to make cold foam at home? Is there anyway for me to make my own version of it? I have a vitamix blender if that helps at all, I’ve been trying to make it in there but it hasn’t turned out right. Any advice helps. Thank you.

So the blender pitcher we use isn’t a same as a standard bladed one. Like the kind we use for our frappucinos. It’s like a disk with holes in it. It also has another blend setting we put it on.

This is gonna sound weird but you could buy a milk frother wand and add egg white powder to the cold milk if you’re trying to do a cloud foam. You could also buy the brevill milk frother and then you can probably do it even without the egg powder if you leave it running long enough with the nonfat in it.
