I’ve been a barista for about 6 months now (including CAT pay) and I’m curious about what drinks you guys recommend prior to working out.
Yes I have access to a full on home gym...a huge flex in these times.
I tried the nitro cold brew but I don’t like the taste. I just drink a caramel Frappuccino but lately that hasn’t been working either.
You guys got any recommendations?

Starbucks doesn’t have anything I would consider to be a pre workout. If you’re wanting a caffeine rush, just do a few shots. If you’re wanting something designed to be used as a pre workout (vasodilation so your body gets more oxygen, BCAAs, proteins to lessen muscle fatigue, etc.) look at 1st phorm. 1st phorm is a trustworthy company, they don’t sell you junk placebo chemicals.

Thanks. I’m not into any pre workouts. Some of those preworkouts really get my heart racing and make me itchy.
Besides, Starbucks is free for me since I’m a partner and so I’d rather just stick to coffee before working out.

I would just combine all the black teas, green teas and blends of tea to make some caffinated water. I hate coffee lol. Or an Americano black if I'm desperate .
