Hey my store doesn’t have the tablet anymore and I wasn’t there for the setup but check to make sure which one you’re connecting to. Personal devices and customers have access to ‘Google Starbucks’ wifi but the one you want for connecting all the Starbucks provided devices is ‘smll’ That’s the one that connects ‘everyone’ and connects to like the big database, I think.
