My store gets worse mobile orders. This is literally what someone ordered the other day:

That gave me a headache just reading it. We had a complicated order the other day and I just said nope then set it aside for a minute so I could get some DT drinks out first.

I mean she picked up the order and didn’t complain. We have a lot of people know that that the cloud macchiatos aren’t vegan friendly but they still get non dairy milk thinking it’s gonna help

I had a woman once order a trenta iced coffee with 20 pumps of vanilla and I actually thought she was joking but she definitely wasn’t. There was more than an inch of just fucking syrup and I wanted to vomit

I once had a woman order a total of 45 pumps of sugar free vanilla in her venti iced coffee, blended. We had to put it in two cups. Then she came back for a refill. 🤢🤮
