Has anyone’s tips gone up during the pandemic cuz my store has? We’ve gone from an average of $110-$120 to over $300-$400 per week (self.starbucksbaristas)

Lol ours went down. During the first month of the pandemic they were insane and now they’re shit.

With my store people are paying it foreword and leaving like $20 tips when they come

For real, I am over here making 20-30 in tips a week and working 30-40 hours

Yea typically my store someone working that many hrs would get max $15 in tips. Since the pandemic we’ve been getting almost $2-$3 for every hour that we work

Yes! Our tips have gone from about $1.10/hr to over $2/hr

So, I just happen to see this post while sitting at a Buffalo Wild Wings in Tueplo, MS and figured I'd ask this question to the bartender. He stated that he saw his over all sales go down (not as many customers) but his overall tips have been higher.
