You get paid a lot more, but you lose all your benefits. May or may not get a free drink. Work with a lot less people on the floor.
If benefits aren’t important to you and you’d rather get paid more, it’s may be worth it to you.

You get whatever Target employees get, which I don’t know for sure. Basically you’re trading Starbucks benefits for regular Target employee benefits.
