Hi ! Can someone please describe in depth how the 4 squares in drive through mean ? I know enough but I’m blanking out and forgot what they mean lol !

day part avg order pt (first square) is the average amount of time the customer is ordering/sitting on the drive box.

day part avg window1 (second) is the average amount of time the customer is in the window— the goal is usually to have this average at 45-50 seconds or less

Half hour transactions is how many people per half hour have been served. The top big numbers is the current half hour, the previous is the previous half hours number of people served, and best is the most amount of people served in a half hour at your store. half hours are from for example— 6:00-6:30. then at 6:30-7:00 a new half hour has started. starting a new half hour is important because the first customer in the window sets the new half hour because the window1 avg is being averaged with no one but that first customer.
