In my store we domt have any seatimg or restrooms open so we closed off the back seating area of our store to the public. That didnt stop this guy from coming in, moving the barrier and trying to use them anyway. When I stopped him and explained to him they were closed, he huffed and puffed amd stomped out without saying a word.

i had a customer at my store who threatened to pee on the lobby floor if we didn’t let her use our restrooms....and yes....she was white

We had to open our restroom but we only opened one and the other is for employees only. On the first day of the restrooms being open someone decided they couldn’t see where the toilet is and peed on the floor.🙃

I was on customer support saw this dude park in the front of the store, walk in turn stop and see we have the condiment table blocking the restroom turns away looks around at the store, says fuck non verbally with the most “ima per my pants” face and walks out 😂😂😂😂

We were forced to reopen our bathrooms yesterday because the health department said we had to do it, which really really sucks because it was only one day and they were ~disgusting~ once more.
