can i lose my job... (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by shadyavocado724
can i lose my job for confronting a customer who complains about her frappuccino everyday to get another one because she knows that we can’t take back her drink. she does it everyday and it’s so annoying. and she tried complaining today because she was at the intercom and i was saying welcome to starbucks and nobody answered and i jokingly said “are you ignoring me?” and she then later on at the window told my shift.

Make shifts and manager aware she is doing this everyday to get free drinks.

The most satisfying feeling in life is when they make a scene about how their drink is wrong and push it in my face and I grab it right out of their hands acting like I’m looking at the sticker and slam dunk it straight into the garbage and say in the best customer service voice “I’ll remake that for you right away!” The look of shock on their face as I throw away their “free” drink is sooooo satisfying. And if they complain about you wasting it or you throwing it out just tell her “here at Starbucks we never want to give you any drink that’s not 100% to your liking! There’s no way I could let you drink an order that wasn’t yummy! But don’t worry! I got yours coming up right now!” Feel free to use gloves too. Idk if y’all managers let them keep the first drink mine don’t.

I did that and one time this girl was like “omg why are u wasting it!! I wouldn’t have said anything if I knew you were going to throw it out!!” Like...what else do u think I’m going to do??? U said it’s wrong not me 😂😂😂 I told her exactly what you said. That if it’s wrong, I have to make it right for and it wouldn’t take long it’ll be right out!! 😇😇😇💞💞

even though you can’t take back drinks I would wear gloves and take that petty little bitch’s drink back and teach her some manners.
