One time I had a customer ask for a mocha with no "coffee" so I told them it would be a hot chocolate to verify. They kept getting mad because mocha is in hot chocolate and they thought mocha was coffee.... smh. They ended up huffing and puffing and left.

Mocha has espresso, chocolate milk doesn't.
