I used to mark this one out whenever I came across it. I wanted to try Casi Cielo, which I heard is the best one yet.

To me, the Casi Cielo is very rich and chocolatey with a bit of nuttiness. Super smooth. The Guatemala is a little more acidic (but not in a bad way), a little crisper and spicier. Brighter.

Sounds divine. In general i haven’t had coffee beans from latin america that disappointed me.
