Me and 4 other partners basically had to take Options 2 or 3 since we are the 5 newest hires. Transferring to a different store was not an option given either. However there are stores in our district that have Help Wanted signs anyway? I was wondering can we transfer to a store that needs help and stop being on LOA or do I have to come back to my store then transfer? I currently work at a cafe store and want to transfer to a drive thru since I might not go to school in the fall since all of this COVID garbage. Any help is appreciated! Hope y'all are being safe especially with some of these fool customers around.
