Your partner card is on mypartnerinfo I’m pretty sure. And then type that in like it’s a gift card to the app

if you go on the desktop version of the mobile pay, and somewhere in settings or profile there’s a spot for partner numbers

if u have the hard copy of ur partner card you can load those numbers onto the app and I THINK thats how I got mine to work!
