Today was just. It was A Day, you know? I’m dto-ing and I’ve got the shift in my ear telling me to keep the line moving - but he’s also paired me with a green bean as my window and OF COURSE im going to prioritize helping them because I’ve been that bean and having no one help you when you’re thrown off blows frapp chips tbh
so a few seconds got added to our hour average. So what? im not going to make a new partner feel dumb over valid questions. Like??????

As a supervisor, drive times are literally the last thing on my mind, especially with the current state of things with Covid. I currently have about 4 people out with symptoms so we are literally running the store with a skeleton crew.

Honestly, it was a crap day all around. This is just the straw that broke the camels back in terms of sticking out. Like you totally nailed it, with everything (EVERYTHING) that’s going on in the world right now - drive times are what you’re worried about? I just don’t get it.

as a green bean currently- thank you. i don’t think your my trainer but she stuck with me even though all the time things were going red and i asked 500 questions and it made me feel so much less stressed and confused and now I feel confident on DTO. thank you for sticking to what you believe is right, we really appreciate it ♥️

I can’t even imagine what you guys go through as drive-thru. My store is cafe only and I had a cafe order of 13 - 9 fraps and 4 refreshers. I told my register that drinks after that order will be a 15-20 min wait and if customers can hang around, then sure. And of course, that got my MOP and delivery completely backed up too.

I've been in both types of stores and its hell. Either you have someone breathing down your neck to make drive times or you have a very full and loud cafe full of grumpy, loud people crowded in a small waiting space

Yessssssss!!!!!!! YES. I dont give a fuck either. I was stuck soloing all day today. 6 fucking hours. Our drive was backed up and our cafe consistently had 10 to 15 people waiting for drinks. But if I'm not going to get any help in bar I'm not going to kill myself bringing drive times up 😂 the DTO kept repeating our drive times after every order and I eventually just turned my headset off. If I burn out so we can have good peak drive times but leave our cafe backed up and have people screaming at me for their drink I'm not going to have enough motivation/energy/will power to get through the rest of the day. Sorry not sorry 🤷🏼♀️
