Iced coffee: hot or cold bar pumps? How many pumps of vanilla/toffeenut for iced AND hot macchiato cloud drinks? Classic in strawberry Frappuccino or not? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Iced coffee is always hot bar pumps!! Regular cold brew is hot bar too unless it’s a specialty one. Classic should never have a cold bar pump.
Clouds are 1/2/2 hot bar pumps or 2/4/4 cold bar pumps for all of them. Yes the foam is the 2% milk and the syrup at 100/150/200 and blended on 4.
I’m pretty positive the strawberry frap has always gotten classic 1/2/2 or 2/3/4 but it shouldn’t have a cold bar pump anyway so 1/2/2. Also just fyi because no one knows this, matcha fraps get 2/3/4 full hot bar pumps of classic!
The system is always right and so is the app.
Edit: If someone thinks you’re wrong, go find the recipe cards on the iPad and it usually specifies what type of pump to use!

Yes! That’s one of the most confusing things for most baristas. So a Venti cold brew with vanilla and cream would get 6 hot bar pumps, but a venti salted cream cold foam cb would get 6 cold bar pumps/3 hot bar pumps.

Yes both hot and iced clouds are 1/2/2 hot bar, but you could just do 2/4/4 cold bar and that may be what other people are doing if the pumps are wrong.
If you’re doing cold bar classic in strawberry it doesn’t matter as long as you’re doing the right amount still which would be the normal frap pumps of 2/3/4 (technically 1/2/2 hot bar so 2/4/4 cold bar because we don’t do half’s but whatever same thing)

Both Strawberry and Matcha Frappuccinos get FULL HOT BAR pumps of classic to the beat of of 2/3/4.
