I thought this was already happening. My Bux does this. Basically I mobile order, then call and let them know I'm there and they bring it out. Helps a lot when the drive thru is wrapped around the building.

Or did you mean build it into the app?

I worked at one of the official/ first test stores for this model and I have to say, as long as your adequately staffed (which we all know has been hard to come by), it’s really not that bad. You just have to keep an eye on the check in system (we ran google voice texting off the store laptop)

My store has this for awhile and it was....
Interesting. People would park and call the store and we’d run their Mobile out, of they could walk up and we’d hand it to them.
But that was before we opened our store and had slight cafe availability
