Request a day off every week for ‘doctors appointment’ and use 8 hours of sick time on that day 😂

Start using them now if your manager lets you because you can’t use sick time to go over 40 hours each week so if you’re working 30 hours you can only use 10 hours sick time that week.
It really depends on your manager. Both of mine let me cash it out, but a lot won’t since it’s not just given to you when you leave.

You can use it for doctors appointments too so that’s another option lol
