I've called both the starbucks benefit hotline and Magellan. I have a therapist that I didn't use all my sessions with, but I had a session last week, and now I'm going to figure out how to pay her.
Magellan said they can't open the file, so I'll either have to pay out of pocket or ask if my therapist uses Lyra.
The person on the benefit line said I could still use the final two sessions up to the end of the benefits year on September 30,2020.
So. I'm guessing Magellan doesn't want to work that hard on helping me out, since the deal was broken.
Does anyone else have issues with this?
P.S. My cafe store reopened after 6 weeks of quarantine. I've been working since my store re-opened.
