Hello, so it's different experiences depending on the borough you're working in. Each district has its own little vibe. I've worked in Mid-Town (main store) and Astoria, Roosevelt Island, The Bronx as a borrowed partner and believe me, each store was different in a way. All in all, I felt very connected to all my partners, since it a pretty busy environment, you learn to trust that you'll have each other backs very quick. But in my experience, Mid Town stores tend to be more strict about policies and also tend to be the ones who usually get slammed (hence why Starbucks needs store literally in every corner). Queens stores were a chill vibe with little baby rushes but nothing crazy. The Bronx was one of the most laid back work environment that I've ever been in. Apart from the crazy amount of Tik Tok drinks you get (believe me, almost every drink has about 3-5 customizations) its a very chill vibe. If you have any more questions, dont be afraid to PM!
