Partial unemployment? (self.starbucksbaristas)

So before all this my weekly average hours were 25 now its looking like 10 hours is the max amount my manager is willing to give me if Im lucky enough to not be scheduled only 4.5 hours. How the fuck am I supposed to pay for anything!? Do I even qualify for partial unemployment?

It varies by state so you should definitely check online if you qualify. I googled my state partial unemployment to find the appropriate website and applied at the end of May. Within a week I had my PIN and a letter telling me when to file my claim. I'm in PA and I was pretty surprised at how quickly everything was processed. I took option 3 when it was offered but did get one payment for partial unemployment before that took effect. Good luck to you.
