I'm going through my cabinets and realize I still have two full bottles of caramel brulee topping in there that I havent touched. I'm tempted to experiment with it... does anyone know if it would melt down? I'm tempted to try and turn it into hard candies or something of the sort. Any ideas for recipes involving it? Same request for recipes goes out for Chestnut Praline and Red Holiday Topping as well. :)

Due to their size and the high sugar content, I feel like they would burn easily. Maybe you can put them in chocolate for extra crunch like those chocolate with rice crispies in them?
