Recipe for making big batches of sweet cream? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m from a cafe but I’m transferring to a drive thru. I’m use to making sweet cream in a pitcher and I know there’s a recipe to make a big batch of it.

Heavy cream to 1 liter line, measure 350 ml of vanilla in a cold foam blender pitcher and pour that in after the heavy cream and top it off with 2%

Actually, you don’t top it off. It’s only 600ml of 2% so it’s a little less than 2 full liters. It doesn’t seem like much but it can make a big difference in how well it foams, particularly if you make a full cube that way.
